I missed posting a couple days last week. It wasn’t due to mental health issues but rather physical health. I didn’t even realize I missed posting those days until Sunday when I started to feel better. It made me realize that even though I was physically ill, I need to remember to take care of my mental health too. I always feel better when I post something. I don’t know if it helps anyone other than me. I just know that when I post a positive affirmation it gets my mind in a better state of mind. If these daily posts help do that for you too, I am glad. We should help each other out, not tear each other down. Too many people in the world don’t get that….
